SANDESTIN'S PAYMENT POLICY: Sandestin requires a one-night room deposit to be made at the time of reservation. The required advance deposit for each reservation is refundable only if the reservation is canceled or the arrival date is changed at least seven (7) days before the arrival date. Final payment of the ENTIRE reservation will be charged to the credit card provided by the guest seven (7) days before arrival. All reservations that fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be considered No-Shows, and a charge of one night's room and tax will be posted to the guest's credit card on file.

At check-in, each guest room will be charged for 1-night incidental fee of $100 upfront and will be reimbursed upon check-out should no incidental fees be incurred.

SHARING A ROOM? We HIGHLY recommend that one person handle the reservation and payment. Roommates can split the bill afterward. Avoid splitting reservations between multiple guests.

Traveling to SYNC has never been easier – Sandestin is a short drive from major cities like Nashville, Atlanta, and Charlotte. There are two airports that service the Emerald Coast and the Destin area. Extend your stay and explore South Walton's 16 unique beach neighborhoods, including the iconic Seaside and Rosemary Beach, located on scenic 30A.  

WHEN TO ARRIVE AND WHEN TO DEPART 

If you are taking a Jump Start class, arrive no later than Thursday, 2/19. Jump Starts begin at 9:00 am on Friday, 2/20. 

SYNC officially begins with a dynamic Opening Night you do not want to miss! The Opening Night session begins Friday, 2/20 at 7:00 pm. Leave plenty of time to transfer from the airport, check into the resort, and check in with SYNC. 

All departures should be on Tuesday, February 24. SYNC will go late into the evening on Monday, February 23, and you will not want to miss a minute of the closing session and SYNC Awards/Party. 

During your breaks take a 2-minute stroll to the Baytowne Wharf, a vibrant hub with an array of over 20 shops, restaurants, and nightlife to keep the SYNC energy flowing. Meals and drinks are not included in your conference registration.
