STEP 1: Register for SYNC 2026

Once registered, you’ll receive a unique SYNCwithFriends referral code on your confirmation receipt.

STEP 2: Share your code between June 15, 2025–February 13, 2026 (need a graphic to help? Check out SYNC Circle for templates) 

Send it to SYNC First Timers or returning Alumni—everyone qualifies!

As you continue to share SYNC and help others find their people, you’ll unlock Milestone Rewards that reflect just how important your connections are - from exclusive swag and VIP perks to unforgettable experiences and even a free registration.

There’s no limit to how many people you can refer. The more you share, the more lives you help shape, and the more we celebrate you for it.

When they use your code:

• They receive $50 off
• You receive $50 cash back, paid on-site (if both of you check in at the event)

  📎 Program Rules & Important Notes 

• All registrants are automatically entered into the program and can start earning rewards.
• No limit to the number of referrals you can invite to SYNC.
• Your code must be used at time of registration for your eligible referral to get the $50 discount AND for you to get credit. No exceptions.
• An eligible referral is anyone who wants to attend SYNC… a SYNC First Timer -OR- SYNC Alum.
• You must attend SYNC in-person to receive your cash back and rewards.
  If you do not attend, all will be forfeited.
• Those that you referred to SYNC must be paid in full and attend in-person. If your referral does not check-in onsite or sells their registration to someone else, that referral is disqualified and the $50 cash back and rewards will be forfeited.
• Payments are made onsite via check - SYNC will not mail cash back or rewards.
• Discount applies to main event registration only (no pre-con or add-ons).
• Referral codes cannot be used for anyone already registered.
• Promotion or discount code cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount code.
• Recipients of cash back are solely responsible for any taxes due.
• SYNC Rocks, Inc. reserves the right to change or modify the program at any time.
