NOVEMBER 1st, 2024 - The 17th Annual SYNC Image Competition opens
JANUARY 15th, 2025 - Entries registered on or before January 15th, 2025 - $20 per entry.
Price changes at midnight EST / 11:00 pm CST / 10:00 pm MST / 9:00 pm PST
JANUARY 16th, 2025 - Entries registered January 16th, 2024 - $25 per entry
JANUARY 31st, 2025- All entries must be uploaded and paid BEFORE January 31st, 2025 at 11:00 PM EST / 10:00 pm CST / 9:00 pm MST / 8:00 pm PST
FEBRUARY 6th, 7th and 8th, 2025 - Live Image Competition Judging
MARCH 3rd, 2025 - SYNC Awards and Party (included with your SYNC registration)
No late entries will be accepted. Entry fees are non-refundable. There are no refunds for a failure to upload your images by the deadline. All entries must be registered and paid for using the entry form at www.printcompetition.com.

The Gallery at SYNC: A Visual Celebration of Music. At SYNC, we are thrilled to introduce an innovative addition to our photography competition – an immersive photography gallery that will transport you to the mesmerizing world of music like never before. Prepare to be captivated by the melodic beauty as you step into an experience that transcends traditional photography exhibitions.
The Music Theme
Our photography competition has always sought to push the boundaries of visual storytelling, and this year's Music Category is no exception. Attendees will submit their most breathtaking images, all centered around the theme of music. The results will be nothing short of extraordinary.
How will images be selected?
The TOP 20 images in the Music Category will be showcased. If an attendee has more than one image in the top 20, only the highest-scoring image will be on display. This allows 20 dynamic images by 20 talented photographers. In case of a tie, the judges will make a final decision.

The Favorite Things print display at SYNC is a prestigious showcase of carefully curated photographs handpicked by the event's organizers, Darty and Michele Hines. The selection process is highly discerning, ensuring that only a limited number of exceptional photographs make it to the display, making it a true celebration of visual artistry and storytelling. All categories and all scores will be considered.

The images are hand-selected by Darty and Michele Hines, the owners of SYNC, and are considered some of their favorite images of the competition.
