OPTION ONE - Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort
Although our official room block is full, there are room available at the Sandestin Golf and Beach resort at the regular rate. You can still stay in the heart of the SYNC action! IMPORTANT NOTE: if you decide to book at the Sandestin resort, make sure you are selecting the Village and Grand Complex under the accommodation menu. This is very important as the resort is a massive property and staying in the Village and Grand Complex will insure you will be within walking distance of the Baytone Conference Center, the home of SYNC. HINT: Watch Sandestin's social media as they occasionally run sales on room rates.

OPTION TWO - Hotel Effie
The Hotel Effie is a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel and is directly connected to the Baytowne Conference Center, the home to SYNC 2025. The Hotel Effie was opened in 2021 and truly is a beautiful luxurious place to stay.

GETTING TO SYNC
Traveling to SYNC has never been easier – Sandestin is a short drive from major cities like Nashville, Atlanta, and Charlotte. There are two airports that service the Emerald Coast and the Destin area. Extend your stay and explore South Walton's 16 unique beach neighborhoods, including the iconic Seaside and Rosemary Beach located on scenic 30A.
WHEN TO ARRIVE AND WHEN TO DEPART
If you are taking a Jump Start class arrive no later than Thursday, 2/27. Jump Starts begin at 9:00 am on Friday, 2/28.
SYNC officially begins with a dynamic Opening Night you do not want to miss! The Opening Night session begins Friday 2/28 at 7:00 pm. Leave plenty of time to transfer from the airport, check into the resort and check in with SYNC.
All departures should be Tuesday, March 4. SYNC will go late into the evening on Monday, March 3 and you will not want to miss a minute of the closing session and SYNC Awards/Party.

READ THE FOLLOWING
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT PAYMENT: Sandestin requires a one-night room deposit to be made at the time of reservation. The required advance deposit for each reservation is refundable only if the reservation is canceled or the arrival date is changed at least seven (7) days before the arrival date. Final payment of the ENTIRE reservation will be charged to the credit card provided by the guest seven (7) days before arrival. All reservations that fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be considered No-Shows and a charge of one night's room and tax will be posted to the guest's credit card on file.
At check-in, each guest room will be charged for 1-night incidental fee of $100 upfront and will be reimbursed upon check-out should no incidental fees be incurred.
SHARING A ROOM? We HIGHLY suggest that one person is in charge of making and paying for the reservations. Work with your roommates to split the bill and payment. Having the resort split the reservation is not recommended.
