The Luminary Exchange is not for everyone. It will require participation, openness to share, and you must meet certain business criteria to attend. To ensure that the right people are sitting at the table, we ask that you do an assessment of your business with the requirements and suggestions below.

Requirements
1. SYNC 2027 attendance
2. Business owner
3. Sells printed products to customers
4. Willingness to share openly
5. Continued connection with the Luminaries throughout the year in SYNC Circle
6. A Discovery Call with Darty and Michele Hines before registering
Suggestions
1. Portrait photographer (experienced/advanced level)
2. Retail brick and mortar or dedicated home-based studio with retail space or planning to have a retail space in the very near future
3. A minimum of $100,000 in sales
4. A minimum of 40 sessions per year
5. Join bi-weekly calls with other Luminary members in SYNC Circle
6. Strive for growth over the next 3-5 years

Presenter Series
Each month, Luminaries gather for the Presenter Series, featuring world-class speakers who challenge our thinking and inspire growth. After each session, the conversation continues as members reflect together, share takeaways, and talk through what resonated most.
Round Tables
Once a month, Luminaries connect in an interactive virtual roundtable focused on real conversations and real challenges. These sessions are the heart of the exchange—members share wins, lessons learned, and honest struggles, while offering insight, perspective, and support to one another.
These ongoing, bi-weekly touchpoints are hosted inside the private Luminary section of SYNC Circle and are a cornerstone of the Luminary Exchange experience—keeping you connected, challenged, and supported all year long.
A Day Of Connections
Agenda: Plan to spend the entire day on Thursday, February 18, 2027 with your fellow Luminaries. Start time will be 8:00 a.m.
Included: Continental breakfast, lunch, beverages, and reception.
Education: Luminaries will help influence and drive the topics and discussions. The topics of the day will be determined by a provided survey and attendee feedback. Expect open round table discussions with businesses of similar goals on subjects such as marketing, financial measurements, sales, leadership, and more. Your beliefs will be challenged as you will collaborate with other Luminaries to build best practices that will propel you into a successful future.
