Guidelines To Rise Together
The Luminary Exchange is not for everyone. It will require participation, openness to share, and you must meet certain business criteria to attend. To ensure that the right people are sitting at the table, we ask that you do an assessment of your business with the requirements and suggestions below.

Requirements
1. SYNC 2025 attendance
2. A Discovery Call with Darty and Michele Hines prior to registering
3. Business owner
4. Sells printed products to customers
5. Present 2-4 minutes to the group on a pre-determined topic
6. Willingness to share openly
7. Completed homework that will help drive the discussion
8. Continued connection with the Luminaries throughout the year
Suggestions
1. Portrait photographer (experienced/advance level)
2. Retail brick and mortar or dedicated home based studio with retail space or planning to a retail space in the very near future
3. A minimum of $200,000 in sales
4. A minimum of 60 sessions per year
5. A goal oriented mindset
6. Striving for growth over the next 3-5 years

GATHER
A Day Of Connections
Agenda: Plan to spend the entire day on Thursday, February 19, 2026 with your fellow Luminaries. Start time will be 8:00 a.m.
Included: Continental breakfast, lunch, beverages, and reception.
Education: Luminaries will help influence and drive the topics and discussions. The topics of the day will be determined by the provided homework and attendee feedback. Expect open round table discussions with businesses of similar goals on subjects such as marketing, financial measurements, sales, price list exchange, and more. Your beliefs will be challenged as you will collaborate with other Luminaries to build best practices that will propel you into a successful future.
